At the Sóstói part of the city, on a gently sloping plot, in four building 18 apartments have been planed. The installation creates a closed courtyard with two large blocks in the negative directions and towards the train, that opens to the south towards the lake with two smaller blocks. The open staircases and common corridors are organized outside of the blocks, so inside intimate garden has formed, which serves the holiday relaxation and entertainment with a swimming pool, garden toys and barbecue.
