The goal of the competition was to create from the former bread factory as a brown field investment an iconic, internationally remarkable architectural creation, that with its solutions and form determines the image of that urban area for long decadesand displays the contemporary architecture of outstanding efforts and current social and technological trends . The complex will be tha home of art, events, leisure, occupations, education and service.
