The principle of the house, built on the southeast slope of Rupp Hill in the XI. district, was a longish building parallel to the level lines, with its horisontal roofs forms an architectural gesture towards the panoramic view. At the gently sloping upper part of the plot has built carport and garage, and terraces in connection with the livingroom and diningroom.
