The current car park on the former Felvonulási Sqare is appropriate location for the development of the Museum Quarter, the run-down condition of this area requires the development and the reattachement to the green texture of the city park. The new buildings are placed to fit the original traffic scheme of the grove, to realize the "gate of the grove" according to the Henrik Nebbien's plan, formulated "Park Gate" function.
