At the planning was important aspest the economical operation of the facility, so it can be self-supporting in the future. Architectural goal was that the visitor center not only be the place of dissemination of scientific knowledge, but also the experience and fun, and to provide the necessary conditions for a pleasant stay. Create an attractive environment and provide interesting programs for visitors, thus popularizing the Danube-Ipoly National Park and the co institutions. Be an easily identifiable and modern building, but be adapted to the local landscape and architectural traditions.
