On one of the last undeveloped properties of the Gellért Hill, near the park surrounding the Citadel, was built this more than 1000 m2 building. The floorplan of the modern house was organized according to the unique panoramic view and the directions of the garden. The three-story luxory apartment was completed with a basement level for the staff, and another basement level for tha garage. According to the requirements of the builder renewable energy engineering and intelligent building management system were implemented.
